“Future 1P titles are developed for Xbox Series X first,” Greenberg said on Twitter. “Not saying those games won’t ship on Xbox One, only that we’re leading with Series X & each studio will decide what’s best for their game/community when they launch.” Greenberg also stated the websites for Avowed and Everwild would be updated to remove Xbox One as a platform (thanks USgamer). That’s not to say that some of the titles may not come to Xbox One, as he said, just some of the upcoming games shown yesterday are being developed for Xbox Series X first. His comments may seem confusing to some considering Microsoft has said on more than one occassion that first-party games coming to XSX would not be exclusive to the console for at least two years. Then again, some of the games shown yesterday could be more than two years out as release dates and windows weren’t provided for many. But at this point, it looks like Avowed, Everwild, Fable, Forza Motorsport, Hellblade 2, and State of Decay 3 are Xbox Series X exclusives.
